Enabling Help menu entry within snap examples / snap-engine-java-operator

Hi,

when building “snap-examples/tree/master/snap-engine-java-operator”
the Help menu entry was disabled in the created operator.

So could you please add
“attr name=“helpId” stringvalue=“MyOp”/”
within layer.xml?
