Erorr in snaphu install

hi,
I have successfully installed cygwin64 on my PC windows 10 64-bit in accordance with the ABraun’s pdf but when I tried to install snaphu encountered the following problem.

What is the installation problem?

you no longer need cygwin with snaphu version 1.4.2
