Hi Everybody,
I got the following message during installation of SNAP 7.0 on Windows 10.
“C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\snap\jre\lib\charsets.jar
Could not create this file. Shall I try again?”
We tried to run the installer as administrator - not success.
Do you have any ideas what to do next?

Sorry, I have no solution for this. I haven’t seen this before.
And usually you don’t need to have admin right to install SNAP.
I can just ask some questsion. 
You are not installing into programs directory. Is this intended?
Is the current user the same as the one you want to install SNAP to?
Maybe some special write restrictions exists for the Documents folder?
Thanks for your quick answer. We killed the installation process in the task manager and tried again, and it worked.
