Error estimate for OLCI acquistion bands

Based on the Product Data Format Specification of OLCI Level 1 products (https://sentinel.esa.int/documents/247904/1872756/Sentinel-3-OLCI-Product-Data-Format-Specification-OLCI-Level-1 ; §7.1.1, p.40-46) I expected to have Oa##_radiance_err bands, with error estimates per acquisition band.
But I don’t see these error bands in the data I downloaded. Why?

Even this is documented it is not included in the data.
As you can see in the ncdump output it is not included in the Oa01_radiance.nc file

It never made it into the data.
