I got the error below for downloading ECMWF ERA5 reanalysis data.
Would you please let me know how to solve it?

I have downloaded the ERA5 data in SNAP 10 version, but data is not visible in the Product Explorer, and when I try to open it, I am unable to open the netCDF file, as it is showing an inappropriate product reader. Continued the process reanalysis of ERA5 data, I am still getting errors because the data downloaded is not appropriate.
