Error in opening sentinel 2 level 1c product

Sentinel 2 level 1 C product is not opening in snap version 7.0.3. i have tried opening this file in two ways

  1. Open product
  2. File- Import- optical sensors- sentinel 2

Does the problem occur only with this product or with the other similar as well?

Unzip the zip file in a folder-file-import-optical sensors- sentinel 2- granule- xml document
