Error in reading Sentinel3 OLCI product

Hi
I am trying to open the OLCI data downloaded from CODA. However, I can see the message that no available reader for this product. Folder name has extension .SEN3 and my SNAP version has been updated. Still, I am getting this error.

Can you help me with this?

You can try to drag directly the xfdumanifest.xml file from the .SEN3 folder to the Product Explorer in SNAP. Or check with another product just in case the one you tried to open is corrupted or the download did not finish.
