ERROR - no appropriate product reader found error

I have tried to process L1C to get L1A. But opening L1A from the specific folder in to snap it is showing like “no appropriate product reader found error”. What can be the solution for that

Hello,
Can you give an example of such product name? (which you was unable to open in SNAP)
You can also check if the product was downloaded properly.

Hello @axy

L1C comes after L1A in the processing (User Guides - Sentinel-2 MSI - Level-1 Processing - Sentinel Online - Sentinel Online). Do you mean L2A?
