error opening sentinel product

Hi everyone. I have the following error to open Sentinel 1 products after the topographic phase removal process in Snap. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

hi Ramos. I first removed and reinstalled the Snap software completely, then changed the path where I saved the files and put it in a shorter path.
