Hello, what I feel that your generated product should contain i q pairs not the intensity values only. May be you can try with that.

I tried with both products (SLC and GRD). It’s the same problem. Where is that guy @Iveci ? He knows everything and he is my last hope. 
The classifier in question requires qual-pol data while Sentinel-1 is only dual-pol. Perhaps this is the problem?
