good morning, am trying the tutorial for sar processing in snap and when i download the srtm 3sec this is what i get
this induces some errors as you can see i circled. is there a way to solve this problem?

I had something similar once. Did you also try SRTM 1Sec?
yes i tried all the others but could not go through always a java.Exception. if i try to mask this areas in the srtm before using them in the topographic phase removal, can it work?
you can manually download the SRTM tiles, make a mosaic (if needed) and use this as an external DEM.
