Error when read Radarsat2 data

I have an error on SNAP as “org.esa.s1tbx.io.radarsat2.Radarsat2ProductReader [input…/product.xml]: java.lang.NullPointerException”

How can I fix it?? I cannot open my image
I am using SNAP 5.0 version

My image mode is ULTRA-FINE.

i just tested the import with ultra fine mode data from here:
http://mdacorporation.com/geospatial/international/satellites/RADARSAT-2/sample-data (at the bottom)

For me it works fine. Could it be that the data was not downloaded (or extracted) completely?
You could check the file size in order to find out.
