Error while Coregistration?

Hey Guys,
I am trying to calculate interferograms for the following scenes:
S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20200901T165220_20200901T165247_034168_03F80F_5EB1
S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20200913T165221_20200913T165248_034343_03FE2F_B844

I am using SNAP 7.0, all updates are done, and a Windows 10 machine

Right now I try to do coregistration which is executed without an error message, but I get “The RGB image view could not be created”.

Any hints what I could have possibly done wrong? I used “S1-TOPS-Coregistration” for the step

I feel like I found the problem: my external drive is not working properly so there might be some problems with reading/writing the data
