i have did the preprocessing in the SNAP software for the PSI. did all the process in the snap software with the tools given there and also did the stamps export for the PSI in the snap itself. the 4 folders were created as the output from the snap were dem, diff0, rslc and geo, then later i renamed the folder as INSAR_master_data which contains the files i listed above. then i installed the StaMPS software. and triangle software and also snaphu for the unwrapping and also matlab software. the Stamps version i installed is 4.1b and the snaphu of v2.0.7 and the snap 10.0.0. i have attached the StaMPS_CONFIG.bash for the reference… then in the ubuntu terminal (Description: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Release: 22.04). then inside the INSAR_master_data folder i opened the terminal and did the mt_prep_snap for the analysis. then i use the matlab for further processing but it shows error. i have attached all the the things and error here… and also StaMPS_CONFIG.bash to it for reference.
… everything was right till the terminal, then i call the matlab used the stamps (1,1) then the error occurs like i have attached the image… also tried the stamps(1,8) and still the error shows… please help me
