Error while opening snap

hello guys this is the error i am getting when i am opening snap

Warning - could not install some modules: RSTB Classification Tools UI - The module S1TBX Rich Client Platform was requested in version >= 5.0.4 but only 5.0.0 was found. RSTB Polarimetric SAR Tools UI - The module S1TBX Rich Client Platform was requested in version >= 5.0.4 but only 5.0.0 was found. Another module could not be installed due to the above problems.

can anyone suggest the reason .i reinstalled it already once and any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated

Somehow you modules got messed up. Maybe by an incomplete download.
However, you can ignore this error on start up and then try to download the missing modules via the plugin manager or
you can delete the cached modules. On Windows go to %appdata%\SNAP (just copy it into the explorer address bar) and delete the content. on unix it is at <user_home>/.snap/system. I’m not 100% sure if it is system. But there should be a modules directory.
