I couldn’t able to process Level 1C data to Level 2A for some images (eg., few 2016 images and 2021 images). It showing some error on execution. Please help me to resolve this.
In the SNAP GUI, use “Help/Show Log Directory” to see a list of log files. Chose the messages.log.N corresponding to the time you got the error message. There is a lot of detail in the files, but you can search for “SEVERE” and filenames or other strings related to the processing that failed. Note that many people get:
SEVERE [global]
java.util.ServiceConfigurationError: javax.xml.stream.XMLInputFactory: Provider com.ctc.wstx.stax.WstxInputFactory not found
This is a known issue with WorldWinds and probably not relevant here. If you
figure out the issue using the log file, please post a short summary for the benefit
of the next person who encounters a similar problem. It would be helpful to include
the text of the log message (screen shots are not useful for searches).
