Errors: Orfeo Toolbox installation

I downloaded OTB 6.6.1 for Win64 zip file and tried to install it on snap.
I followed and already checked this sled (Error with OTB segmentation-meanshift).

I got the same problem as mentioned here, and I checked and updated the environmental variables and paths as well so many times, but I couldn’s solve it.

Even though I set a whole path to bin folder, the system does not recognize it.
However, when I check the .bat file from the windows command line, it works.

I have no idea what the problem is.
Could someone help me?

First, there are some strange characters in your Windows path, and second your OTB_BIN_DIR should be updated with the bin directory of your OTB installation (and I see the default from .snap in your screenshots)
