Esa_snappy install failed

Trying to setup esa_snappy after installing version 10 (yay!). But I get this error, “Configuration Failed”, and no stack trace.

The docs suggest removing PYTHONPATH and PYTHONHOME variables but I don’t have those in in my Windows Environment Variables. Is there any configuring or install of JPY or java that I’m missing? It sounds like there shouldn’t be. I’m not sure where to go to find a fix for this in the new version.
