Export D-InSAR result with coh>0.6 to Tif format Error

I want to export the D-InSAR result to Tif format, I have changed the Valid-Pixel Expression to
coh>0.6, but the result does not right in Arcgis. The pixels that coh<0.6 was not masked.
But I also tried exporting the result to KML, which looks correct.

(Geo)Tiff metadata support is weak. NetCDF4-CF uses a robust standard. When providing data to other users I find it cuts down on use of email to answer questions about metadata that get lost using Tiff files.
