Hi,
I have converted the S2 L1C data to L2A with sen2cor, and I want to transfer the BOA data to Geotiff format.
The problem is that the obtained GeoTiff has been re-sampled to int format. I wonder how I can reserve the real BOA values (0 to 1).
Thanks very much.

please have a look at this topic:
Hi, L1C product was exported to ENVI format, and the spectral value become larger(above1000). But it(the reflectance) is between 0.0-1.0 in SNAP, I want to know how it is converted during the exporting process. Is there any instructions? And, what the VALUE in the second figure represent? still reflectance? a little strange [image] spectral value in SNAP [image] spectral value in ENVI
THANKS
The values are stored as integers but interpreted as floats in SNAP using the QUANTIFICATION_VALUE variable in the metadata
Hi all, I have obtained L2A products of a tile with sen2corr. Now, I would like to convert DN values to BOA reflectances values, however I am not quite sure about the quantification value that I should use. In the xml file this value is set to 10000 and in some post of this forum someone recommend to use 2000. Please, could anybody clarify this issue? Thanks in advance.
Gonçal.
Thanks very much for your help. It really solves my concern.
