Extra data in Phase file (bad linelength?)

Hi All,

I hope that all of your are doing fine.
I`m trying to run SNAPHU v2.0.4 on a Mac Book Pro 15" with MacOS 11.5.
SNAPHU is installed correct, but I got the following error message:

The export is done correctly from the SNAP interface and the necessary files are as follows:

“bad line length” indicates that the data you use as input has more lines (rows) than stated in the command (here 8293). Can you please check

  • the dimensions of the raster in SNAP
  • if you missed a digit in the command

good, can you tell what caused the error?

As you have already identify it, I have input the wrong number of lines. The error was that one mentioned above “(bad linelength?)”.
