Does anybody know how I can extract the pixel values from a .jp2 file in .csv format?
I am trying to use the option from the toolbar: Raster->Export->Export pixel values. I specify the coordinates, I also get the message saying extraction was successful. But when I open the output folder it is empty.

If you use the jp2 file the products are note geo-coded.
Open the ‘real’ S2 MSI product and do the extraction on these products.
If you only want to extract values from a single file then you can add pins, configure what is shown in the Pin Manager and then export this to a text file.

The second option worked and I was able to extract in into a text file.
The first option generates an empty folder.
