I’m worked on Sentinel 3 SLSTR data, The main problem I had was finding images without a cloud in the urban area (especially in winter and coastal cities).
The Copernicus Open Access Hub is currently unable to search for cloud-free images.
I found a trick to find cloud-less data, I tried this method and with 90% confidence, it can be used.
The weather history website can help you to find images.
to use it, select your city and date, then check the passing time of satellite in your region and find the days and times with Fair condition, then download your data.
