how can we calculate forest biomass if we are having some ground data and what are the primary processing to calculate the above ?

you can import the field data as a vector (CSV or shapefile) and then use the correlative plot view. This gives you a regression between your SAR data and your samples. Using this regression equation helps you to estimate the biomass for all raster cells.

It is described quite well in the help section as shown above.

thank you sir but can we relate this regression value for entire study area where i can’t take the field data due to certain problem?

yes, of course. You can then apply this equation to your raster.
A regression is used to explain y values based on x values. If you have x values from your SAR dataset and correlate them with y values from the field you get the equation of how to derive y values at every raster point.
