yes,all the SNAP plugins had updated to the latest.Then I used another computer to test,it geocoded correctly,so I think it maybe my computerā€™s environment has some problem.Iā€™m ready to re-install my computer system.

Maybe you could try with an external DEM instead of the predefined SRTM option.
It must be stored as a GeoTiff in WGS84.
