Get VV and VH layer using ESA SNAP GPT

Hi

I want get VV and VH layer using ESA SNAP GPT and .xml script
For many image it’s working but for S1B_EW_GRDM_1SDH_20210119T163559_20210119T163703_025226_0300F3_11A8.SAFE
i have an error:

I use this script using subprocess in python

It is any better way to convert VV and VH layer from Sentinel 1 using Python 3.8.5?
It is possible to do this using GDAL or any other?

this product contains HH and HV polarization
