Getting a fatal error using GPT for batch processing in Apply Orbit File

I am getting a fatal error applying orbit file in a batch processing gpt in Ubuntu.
This did not happen for all the SLC being processed. Is this a critical error in terms of inSAR or can I ignore the error message?
I am also getting a SEVERE error LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set but it does not appear to cause any problems although I would like to correct this.

Thanks for any assistance!
Brian
