I am testing the offset tracking method for landslide analysis. However, I am not able to do the Google earth export KMZ. I ama getting the following error.
Can anyone please help me to do the KMZ export for the velocity?

is your image already terrain corrected?
If this happens you see also a red sign at the lower right corner, I guess. Could you click on this and show what is written there.
If not, please look for the log file.
In the menu, go to Help / Show Log Directory and then attache the messages.log file here. Ensure to force the error before looking at the log file.
