Graph Builder stays at 13% for hours, problem?

Im working on GRD products. in the preprocessing stage Ive already done the subset, apply orbit file, thermal noise removal, calibration. But in the next step of Speckle Filtering (Lee 7x7) the graph builder stays at 13% and seems stuck. It has been for hours. due that I cant process the whole graph, I splitted in 3 graphs of two steps each.

please check if this is the cause: A process related to digital elevation models is taking forever to finish
