Can you show which plugins you have installed?
Sometimes it can happen that one plugin breaks the whole help system.
Either do, open in SNAP Desktop the plugin dialog and switch to the Installed tab and make a screenshot or from the command line do what is written on this page:

Perform what is written in the List all modules section. Provide the list of modules here. Maybe in a separate file you attach to the post.
Can you remember when this happened? Maybe after doing an update or installing a plugin?
