Help with sen2cor running

Hello to everybody,
When I run the sen2corr, nothing happens even after 45 minutes (see first image below). When I click on “Cancle” I got SNAP warning (see second image below).
I’m not sure that it’s related, but when I installed sen2cor, one line from the messages appears in red color (see the last image below).
However when the installation ended I got message that the installation was successful.
The installation was done according the instructions in:

Hello,

Thanks for replying.
Before a few months i try sen2cor via command line, but it’s not
comfortable at all.
Are you suggesting to try the command line to ensure that the sen2cor works
at all?

What happens when you type L2A_Process in your command line?

Hi,
i suggest perform sen2cor using command line. I told with a few users and told me that sometimes Sen2Cor in SNAP doesn;t work but command line is ok
