How can I get the RWAPI matlab toolbox?

Hello everyone,
I need the RWAPI matlab toolbox to convert the reference frame from antenna to earth (https://earth.esa.int/web/guest/events/all-events/-/article/data-reader-software), but the download link ftp://www.array.ca doesn’t exist.
And I also have asked to EOhelp, it is said that ’ waiitng for the reply from the SMOS team’ .
How can I get this toolbox or any other substitutes？Thanks

The RWAPI is not related to the SMOS Toolbox.
Maybe @lveci or @jun_lu know how to get this tool. Both worked for array before.
