How can I get the z coordinates of the PS points?

I produce and visualize PS points with the StaMPS method. But they don’t have z coordinates. How can I get the z coordinates of the PS points?

I want to show PS points on a 3D city model. But there is no height information at PS points. Only latitude and longitude are available.
