How to calculate mean from two date Sentinel - 1 SLC data

Hi everyone,

I am trying to extract the urban footprint using the two date sentinel -1 SLC data one dated 5th Jan 2018 and other 17th Jan 2018. I performed the pre-processing of both the images . When i stack the images and perform the band math for the mean the output image is overlapping i.e the features from both the images are not exactly on top of each other. Kindly suggest me on this.

I stacked the images.
I solved the problem i had give a method for interpolation that solved it
