hi, I am new to SNAP, I have obtained the sigma0 i.e backscattering coefficient db of the lake, how can I calculate the mean value of the particular region lake. Can someone help me to do it in SNAP?
The standard deviation is shown in in the Statistics Dialog
You can limit the calculation the region defined by a mask. The mask can be defined by a drawn geometry or a loaded ESRI shapefile.
If you don’t have the statiscs button, you can add it the tool bar by enabling View / Toolbars / Analysis or select it from Analysis / Statistics
