How to determine the Sentinel-2(AB) relative orbit?

Dear S-2 partners,

Taking advantage of the STK11 app I get the S2-A orbit shapefile. But now I need associate each polyline to your respective relative orbit (RXXX). I already have the date-time stamp for each orbit… Could you help me figure out the “convention” to name each orbit, please?

How did you acquire the date-timestamp for each orbit? Is this to calculate the exact timestamp for each tile?
