How to extract the LOS unit from SNAP files

Hi, guys, does anyone know how to extract the LOS unit of each point in ifg from SNAP files? I need this three-dimensional vector for further process.

LOS is line-of-sight displacement. What data are you using? “SNAP-files” is quite unspecific
