How to get access to harpconvert command line tool

i downloaded harp-1.10-win64.msi from the Git.Hub and installed it in my PC. After its installation when i went to its tools file and selected the harpconvert it shows me the result recommended in the picture. i dont know from where to access the harpconvert command line tool from now on.

it would be very kind of you, if you could kindly guide me from here

I think this is not the best forum for this question. Harp is not directly related to SNAP.
