Under the link below I’ve uploaded tutorial that shows how to preprocess in SNAP more than one full Sentinel-1 scene in order to import and obtain advanced polarimetric decomposition in PolSARpro. The processing consists of 3 stages:

  1. preprocessing in SNAP and export into PolSARpro format;
  2. import and polarimetric processing in PolSARpro;
  3. import and geocoding in SNAP.
    The tutorial is quite complicated but it worked for me. Especially the 3rd stage is complicated because I couldn’t find a way to properly geocode such a large datasets directly in PolSARpro. Maybe it will be useful to someone.
