How to process sentinel2 data using sen2cor

Hi all,
I have installed the sen2cor successfully. but when i start to process the data in the anaconda prompt, the problem is as follow :

Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem?

Perhaps the path name is too long to be handled correctly by Windows (260 characters)?

how to solve it ? i tried to shorten it .but it can no longer work.

try to place the SAFE-folder directly unter E:\ but don’t change its name. Maybe this helps.

Thank you, i will have a try.When you update anaconda and install sen2cor,where do you input the code? cmd or anaconda prompt?

you can enter the L2A_Process directly in your cmd prompt

anaconda2 also has a anaconda prompt ,i install the soft in it.is it same as the amd?------------------ 原始邮件 ------------------

you can enter the L2A_Process directly in your cmd prompt
