How to use correctly the S2 MCI processor from the 1C product available in the Hub

Dear all
It seems easy to just:

  1. download the 1C product and
  2. run the S2 MCI processor to get the MCI product

The obtained MCI product is realy noisy, therefore I guess there are various step that have to be done between 1 and 2, however I did`t found a clear step by step document for SNAP beginners. Can anyone help me?
