I would like to know if there is a tool that allows the user to plot on a 2 or 3 D the spectral response of different classes to see class spectral correlation. A tool similar to ENVI’s n-D Visualizer maybe?

There is the spectrum view and the scatter plot in SNAP, maybe this is what you need.

In the image below, after selecting my training samples for each class, I ploted the spectral signature of the samples only (so the pixels within the samples) to see if the classes’ spectral signature ovelaps, and is it worth it to make 2 classes or one, and to see which band is actually relevant for the classification (on the image, band 6,7 and 8 are shown)
