I cannot download S1B_EW_GRDM_1SDH for CROATIA. The only ones I have found are for Island.
Can you please help me?

EW-data is not acquired over land. Try IW.

There are tons of S-1 IW data over Croatia on the Copernicus hub.
The IW that I have found for Croatia are in VV but I need VH. I have noticed that the IW have the suffix SDV(VV-VH) but not SDH(HH-HV).
SDV (VV-VH) is dual-pol and it’s the standard mode over land. You are not going to find SDH-data I’m afraid.
