ICEYE: Support for new GRD/SLC format

ICEYE has changed its product format in the first quarter of 2025:

GRD new/legacy format: 5. Data Products - ICEYE Product Documentation
SLC new/legacy format: 5. Data Products - ICEYE Product Documentation

Main change is (I guess) the conversion from XMLs to JSONs for metadata files.

Now with SNAP11 and all updates, these new products are not handled:

Hello,
I downloaded some ICEYE sample data from:
ICEYE sample data
(Dwell fine mode and Spot fine mode)
When trying to open these ICEYE products in SNAP 12, an error “Index 0 out of bounds for length 0” is raised and the product is opened without any bands.
Are these sample products compliant? @lveci do you have any idea?

Fixed in SNAP 13.
