ICEYE has changed its product format in the first quarter of 2025:
Main change is (I guess) the conversion from XMLs to JSONs for metadata files.
Now with SNAP11 and all updates, these new products are not handled:

I downloaded some ICEYE sample data from:
ICEYE sample data
(Dwell fine mode and Spot fine mode)
When trying to open these ICEYE products in SNAP 12, an error “Index 0 out of bounds for length 0” is raised and the product is opened without any bands.
Are these sample products compliant? @lveci do you have any idea?

Fixed in SNAP 13.
I tried with a new JSON format, SNAP doesn’t throw an error but still doesn’t open the product (it works with older ones though).
I tried with the tif and the json.
What data should be opened?

Unfortunately, ICEYE products cannot be shared like that.
However, here is the screen on the content of the product, if it can help you:
Neither SLC nor GRD tif or JSON opens an ICEYE product on SNAP.
Do you confirm that giving a .tif or .json to SNAP opens (on your end) an ICEYE product?
