I faced problem to run C2RCC even I did it before.
First I resampled the image using S2 Resampling processor. Then i try to run the module, i got this msg

You are writing NetCDF files right?
There is an issue with duplicated element names in metadata. NetCDF does not allow it.
Can you switch to another format? NetCDF4-BEAM should still work or BEAM-DIMAP.
The issue will be fixed with the next update
