Image cropped/data lost with DEM assisted coregistration

Hi, I am running the DEM-Assisted-Coregistration tool. I have carried out the following steps without issue on the images prior to the coregistration: Apply orbit file, thermal noise removal, calibration & subset. The images are fine before the coregistration:

But when I run the tool its cropped:

Any suggestions of where to start to fix this issue is much appreciated.

Could you provide the names of the products and the DEM used in the coregistration so that we can reproduce the problem? Thank you
