Interferogram edges issues

Hi everybody,

I always get edges on my interferograms…

Do you know how it comes ?
And what to do to get rid of them ?

Here an example

Thanks a lot!

Can’t really tell why they occur, but it’s not uncommon. You can get rid of them by creating a subset as shown on page 15 of this tutorial: DEM generation with Sentinel-1 - Workflow and challenges

Thanks a lot for the answer.

The problem is that I need to get rid of it automatically, so subseting is quite a though solution.
Means that I need to generate a fonction to compute where pixels got a non-zero value, and return the 4’th relatives pixels corresponding to first/last of line/column.
Looks ugly but still possible

If there is another way, my ears are open

Thank you!

you could also simply take the extent of the image before interferogram generation and use this for clipping

Oh great, I did not pay attention that the edges were outside the original frame.
Thanks again!
