Interferogram fringe meanings

Hi everyone
After reading several publications about the 2014 Napa valley case, including the SNAP tutorial, I’ve seen the difference in interferogram results. All of them used the same SAR input but the top two are created with GAMMA.

I would like to ask the difference of the meaning between showing ‘-pi to pi’ and ‘0 to 2pi’ and the meaning of the difference between (B) and © where both use ‘-pi to pi’ but show the opposite colour pattern on the lower-right lobes. Would this affect the unwrapping process and the real meaning of the deformation?
Thank you
