Is Copernicus GLO-30 Digital Elevation Model a DSM?

Hi all,
I am looking for a DSM these days and as I know it is possible to get this kind of data using lidar but I found two dataset that they mentioned that they are DSM. I discussed with some specialists but still this issue is not clear for us.

  1. ALOS Global Digital Surface Model "ALOS World 3D - 30m (AW3D30)
    OpenTopography - ALOS World 3D - 30m
  2. Copernicus GLO-30 Digital Elevation Model: The Copernicus DEM is a Digital Surface Model (DSM) which represents the surface of the Earth including buildings, infrastructure and vegetation.

As It is important for my goal to use DSM (which represents the surface of the Earth including buildings, infrastructure and vegetation), so this is important for me.
I would be happy, if @ABraun also can comment on this.
    Thanks in advance.

Both the ALOS and Copernicus data are DSM. They are originally from high resolution datasets which are downsampled to 30m ground resolution for free public distribution.
