I know it’s not related to pyroSAR (but as you have a way of processing using SNAP in a different way to me) - have you by any chance seen Graph Builder Subset and Terrain Correction Error Sentinel 1? I assume the problem I’m having would persist unless your subsetting is something new and fancy?
